Terms of service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by DeeCe Digital ("DeeCe Digital", "we", "us", or "our"), including our websites, client portals, and the tools we use to schedule and publish content to social media accounts on your behalf (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you have a signed agreement with us, that agreement controls where it differs from these Terms.

Using the Services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement, on your own behalf or for the organization you represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Connected social media accounts

Some Services publish content to social media accounts you own or manage, such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or LinkedIn. You connect an account by signing in to that platform and authorizing our app through the platform's official login. We only use that authorization to publish and schedule the content you have approved and to read the basic profile and post information needed to do so.

You can disconnect an account at any time from that platform's app settings or by contacting us, and we will stop publishing to it. You remain responsible for your account and for following each platform's own terms and community guidelines, including the TikTok Terms of Service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you provide or approve. You grant us a limited license to store, edit, format, and publish that content solely to provide the Services. You confirm that you have the rights needed for any content you ask us to publish, including music, footage, and the likeness of people who appear in it.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful, to send spam, or to violate the rules of any connected platform. We may decline to publish content, or suspend the Services, if we reasonably believe it breaks these Terms or a platform's rules.

Fees

Paid Services are billed as set out in your proposal, invoice, or agreement with us.

Third-party platforms

Social media platforms are operated by third parties. We do not control their availability, review processes, reach, or policy changes, and we are not responsible for actions they take on your account or content.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific results, such as views, followers, or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms. When the Services end, we stop publishing to your connected accounts and delete their access tokens.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
