When you connect a social media account (for example Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, or TikTok), we access, through those platforms' official APIs and only with your authorization, the tokens, profile identifiers, and permissions needed to publish and schedule content on your behalf and to retrieve basic post performance metrics.
• Content you create, upload, or schedule through our services, including text, images, and video.
• Usage and device data, such as log data and general analytics about how our services are used.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our services.
• Publish, schedule, and manage content on the social media accounts you connect, at your direction.
• Retrieve engagement and performance metrics for content you publish.
• Communicate with you about your account and provide support.
• Protect the security and integrity of our services.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use data from your connected accounts for advertising or any purpose other than delivering the services you request.

Social media platforms and third parties

Our use of information received from platform APIs adheres to each platform's developer terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms and the Google API Services User Data Policy, where applicable. Access tokens are stored securely and used only to perform the actions you authorize. You may revoke our access at any time from within your account settings on the relevant platform, or by disconnecting the account from our services.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your data, including any stored access tokens and connected-account information, at any time by emailing drew@deecedigital.com. We will delete the requested data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
