About

Your entire growth system, one operator.

Outbound, paid media, and the AI tooling that supports them were never meant to sit with three vendors who do not talk to each other. DeeCe runs all three as one system, and the person who sells it is the person who builds it.

Drew Coleman

DeeCe Digital was founded by Andrew Coleman, who spent three years running marketing for an eight figure commercial fitness equipment retailer. The work went well and the ceiling was obvious. He owned channels, not outcomes. A campaign could beat every number it was judged on while the revenue still leaked downstream, in a follow up nobody owned or a system nobody had built, and none of that was his to touch.

So he went independent to control the entire funnel instead of one slice of it. Mentored by several of the most influential operators in the industry, the expertise DeeCe runs on today was built deliberately around three things that compound: paid media, lead generation, and AI automation. A growth operator and a technical developer in the same person, which is the only way to reach every part of a funnel rather than the part a vendor was hired for.

That combination is the reason an engagement here makes money. Most of what gets sold as growth is one channel handed to one vendor, and the revenue leaks in the gaps between them. DeeCe closes those gaps because one person holds all three pieces: outbound stacks that fill advisors' calendars, paid funnels measured on closed won revenue instead of clicks, and production software a team logs into on Monday morning.

That has now been built for financial advisory, clinical operations, insurance contracting, marketing agencies, and multi state service operations. You are not buying capacity on somebody's team. You are bringing in the operator who has already built this, and everything he ships stays on your accounts and your domains.

The ceiling

Three years inside an eight figure retailer, accountable for channels while the revenue leaked in the gaps between them.

The build

Paid media, lead generation, and the AI automation that holds them together. Written here, not subcontracted to a third party.

The result

31 calls booked in 40 days for an advisory, 14 ops tools collapsed into one console, $158K of retail revenue tracked back to the spend that caused it.

How we work, and what it returns.

Five commitments that rule out the way most of this is normally sold, and what each one is worth to the business buying it.

The person who sells it builds it

No account manager sits between the scope call and the code. You stop paying for a translation layer, and the change you ask for on Tuesday gets built on Tuesday instead of queued behind a briefing.

Every system ends at a booked call

Opens, clicks, and impressions are diagnostics, not deliverables. You judge the engagement on qualified conversations landing on a calendar, which is the only number upstream of revenue.

Software you log into, not a report you read

Booking portals, contracting platforms, reply brains, plan generators. You end the engagement holding an asset on your own domains and accounts that keeps working, rather than a document that ages.

Shadow mode before anything goes live

AI that touches a prospect drafts behind a human until the numbers say it matches them. TruPath's went live at 90 percent agreement. You get the volume without spending your domain reputation or your brand to find out it was wrong.

The playbook is published

The field notes give away the deliverability, paid media, and software decisions we charge for, and the playground runs nine of the systems in your browser. You can judge the work in an afternoon, before any money moves.

One system, not three retainers.

The three practices below are not separate line items. They run from the same desk, because that is how DeeCe formed in the first place.

01

Outbound acquisition

Mailbox infrastructure, ICP sourcing, sequencing, and AI reply handling, built as one closed loop so the inbox fills with booked calls instead of out of office bounces.

  • Domains and warmup
  • ICP sourcing
  • Reply brain
02

Paid media

Performance funnels on Meta, Google, and YouTube with conversion API and offline event sync, optimized to closed won revenue rather than platform visible clicks.

  • Meta and Google
  • Conversion API
  • Offline events
03

AI automation

Production apps a team logs into. Reply brains, booking portals, contracting platforms, plan generators, internal software trained on the client's offer and tone.

  • Booking portals
  • Internal tools
  • Trained on your offer

What actually happens after the call.

Four steps, in this order, every time. Timings are the usual shape of a build rather than a promise, and the one that never moves is step three.

0130 minutes

The growth call

Your pipeline, your offer, and the arithmetic on whether a built system beats what you run now. No deck and no discovery sequence. If the fit is not there, you hear that on the call.

02Weeks 1 to 3

Scope and build

Mailbox infrastructure, ICP sourcing, campaign structure, and the software that holds it together. Progress shows up as a URL you can open, not a status document you have to read.

03Before go live

Shadow run

Anything that will speak to a prospect runs silently behind a human first, drafting and classifying while somebody checks it. It goes live when the numbers say it matches them.

04Ongoing

Run and tune

One operator watching deliverability, reply quality, spend, and the offer, changing one variable at a time so a result can be traced back to a decision.

What it is built on.

No page builders and no white label dashboards. The systems are real applications, deployed on infrastructure you keep.

Cold email isn't dead. It's a volume game, and the operators willing to commit infrastructure immediately compress months of testing into one week. Drew got us four discovery calls in days.

Questions about working together.

The ones that come up once somebody has decided the work is interesting.

Who actually does the work?

Drew. The person on the growth call is the person writing the sequences, wiring the ad platforms, and shipping the software. That is the whole operating model, and it is why the engagement reads closer to a fractional CTO than an agency retainer.

Do you subcontract the builds?

No. The systems in the playground were built in house, which is why they can be opened and clicked through rather than described in a case study. Specialist help gets brought in for things outside the three practices, and you would know about it before it happened.

What happens to the systems if we stop working together?

They are built on your accounts, your domains, and your data from day one rather than rented from a platform we control. The field note on who owns custom software walks through exactly which pieces those are and what to ask any vendor before they build you anything.

Do you work outside the industries listed here?

Yes. The industries below are where the practices have run, not a filter. The mechanics of a mailbox fleet, a conversion API, and an internal app do not change much between a financial advisory and a rental operator, and the first call is where we work out whether the offer underneath them holds up.
